    • Classification and introduction
    • Twin optical YAG laser peeler (CX03-75) and four-light-path laser peeler (DP-CX03-50) are suitable for peeling metal shielding layer, can be used for peeling off the shielding layer of flat cable of cell phone, notebook computer, DV, DC, E-dictionary and other micro electronic products after soldering. They can peel single cable, flat cable, parallel cables, multi-layer cable, etc.. It is especially suitable for tiny data line of which diameter is less than 0.5mm; it won’t damage the copper core through high-precision control. They solve the problems above which is brought by traditional cutter. They adopt water cooling method, so that the they can be operated continuously for a time; floor-type design makes them steady and vibration-free.
    • Twin optical CO2 laser peeler: CX03-30/50 and CX035-30 are suitable for peeling non-metal shielding layer. Applications: Peeling for tiny cable and data line of a micro electronic product.

    • The control system of it adopts SIEMENS PLC, with touch screen for visual programming, so that it is convenient for input, and can store 10 kinds of peeling specifications and develop more memory types according to the requirement of customer for peeling of more kinds of materials.
    •   Applications & materials
    • The general data signal flat cable for micro electronic product has multiple protective layers outside, and it can be classified into metal shielding layer, nylon insulating protective layer which is close to the core, and finally the core. The traditional cutter can’t not be used for peeling it, the quality is difficult to control, and can’t peel the cable completely if the cutting depth is insufficient, or cut off the copper core if the cutting depth is too large, and can’t peel multiple layers. The laser peeler can solve the problems above. CO2 laser peeler can peel non-metal shielding layer, YAG laser peeler can peel metal shielding layer, and the combination of the two peelers offers the complete solution for peeling: a) The external insulating rubber layer and nylon insulating protective layer can be peeled off by using CO2 laser peeler; b) metal shielding layer can be peeled off by using YAG laser peeler. The complete set of the two peelers can be used as assembly line for continuous manufacturing.
