The W60 laser dot welder is used for precision welding such as attaching miniature accessories for precision medical devices & tools, dental & orthodontic applications, electronics, attaching integrated circuit board leads, fine detailed work such as attaching watch hairsprings and for fine gold/silver/platinum jewelry repair, finishing, setting and processing. In general, this product can repair breaks, fuse two pieces together, fill air bubbles and mend cracks. The thermally affected area is small and the welding spot size can be adjusted as needed. The laser dot welder is suitable for gold, silver, platinum, stainless steel, aluminum, and metal alloys. The solder joint is smooth and tiny, no need for after processing cleaning. The auto shutter Leica microscope will allow precise positioning of the laser beam for welding to prevent damage of precious inlaid stones. Other advantages of this product include high speed, high efficiency, environmental safety, and a clean finished weld.
